Former school teacher, Janie Griffin, and at home mother of four, Emilie Blaze opened The Little Shoebox in August of 2005, to bring sophisticated, unique and gorgeous shoes to Baltimore. The Little Shoebox has been referenced "like a box of chocolates!"
Offering shoes to a broad fashion conscious crowd with such lines as Bettye Muller, Delman, Anne Klein, Kors, Michael Kors, Etro , Missoni, Rafe, Holllywould, and many more. Janie and Emilie compare and contrast to bring a truly unique collection of fabulous shoes.
In 2008, the partners opened their second location on the Avenue in Bethesda.
